I've never tried to pull this off in an AMP, but one time a provider thought I was recording bc I was checking messages during the session (I was getting the kind of notifications that required a stop in the action).

I asked my provider what that was and she said the owners were keeping an eye on providers and customers. (My recollection is that it wasn't a FS place.) On my next visit to that city, I learned Uncle LEO busted the MP for videotaping customers without their consent. I don't know what the laws are here, but I wouldn't tape or take photos without getting consent if I were you.

Anyone else take videos or pics during a session secretly? It's been one of my new hobbies within the hobby. We should exchange some provider pics and also tips on what you do. So far I've managed to tape Mulitple without any suspicion.

Yes this is a slippery slope and could result in providers becoming overly cautious if they find themselves compromised. On the flip side there is a trick to detecting night vision cameras in a dark massage studio with your phone. On my Iphone 6 the screen side camera does not have an IR filter. Aim it at what you suspect is a camera and a bright light will appear on the screen. I was motivated to do the research because of the case in Florida. You can practice with your Ring indoor cameras.

It's not even that complicated. Just get a phone with a good night mode camera and just prop it up in plain sight. Sometimes being in plain sight is less suspicious. Definitely worked for me.
