I think the confusion is coming from the attached picture of the friend he included. Which is different from the girl in the ad. From what I gather, he did that so the we can all see that the girl in the ad is probably going to scam us and the friend will do the same if we come across an ad with pictures of a girl that looks like her. Or I completely misunderstood everything and this post was for nothing.
