The guy was mentioned earlier before posts. Who drugged and beat and killed 4 girls. That's why cops are all over looking for him and asking girls to be safe. I do agree that the pandemic probably has decreased the number of "casual" pull overs, and probably warrants more of a reason for safety reasons. I'm also wondering if there are COVID based guidance / directions from the county to go after these types of cases less than pre-COVID to not get caught in the political cross fires of whether county / city funding should be spent in this way.

Have not been tailed by LE as described but once after we got done with the deed and were just sitting in the car talking, LE pulls right up to us and pulls her out to question separately from me. We both agreed to stay cool and say we were just sitting and talking (actually the truth). He let her back in and told us to leave as there was 'no loitering' allowed. It was bullshit since it was public property but we were polite, answered all questions and did not cop an attitude. I also like to find long dead-end streets which I can back into so I have a full view and can see anyone coming down the street long before they get to me. That way we can dress up and sit like we are just talking, nothing worse than getting caught in the middle of the act, which is grounds for getting arrested.

Have not heard about county-specific guidance but just looking at it as I would if I were in their position, not worth risking exposure to bring someone in on these petty 'crimes'.

Does it matter? At some point, they are going to start doing it again and you might as well practice smart shopping and do everything you can to not have an issue arise.

Dundalk is #2 for ease. A main drag and a couple side streets.

Washington and Wilkens is the most challenging but the best odds IMHO. Larger area, more side streets, less ability to blend in, more cops. But goddamn you get some legends out there.

My advice is to read the numerous posts here. I wouldn't expect specific times but usually when people are going to or coming from work. Mostly you should read.

This question has been asked and answered countless times, put in the work and read the forum the info you seek is all right here. Do as one member already posted, check out the loop maps page. Then get on a loop and hunt, time of day rainy weather, snow etc doesn't really matter there is ALWAYS something out there you just need to know where to look. Good luck and post a follow up report on your findings.

Occasionally a SW will turn on you and rat you out. But usually it is extremely rare. I have only read one case of this happening. Usually LE is more interested in taking the SW in for a warrant.

My apologizes, you're right. It was Baltimore County, not AA. It's the same type of SUV LE that patrols this area often, they're all Baltimore County. That said, I don't think it wasn't a matter of jurisdiction.

I was very careful to not break any laws (I. E not fully coming to a stop at stop signs) to give a legit reason to pull me over. Anyway, I was so relieved. I don't' know what happened. Not sure if he got another call for backup, or just didn't think I was worth chasing? Or if he can even pull me over for just picking her up? Anyway, I proceed to go to my spot and had an awesome time, but kept reflecting how different my night would have been if I were to actually have gotten pulled over.

Couple of questions for the veterans or legally minded folks on this forum -- Are LEs able to pull you over for just picking up someone (especially when they know you've picked up a SW)? Has anyone experienced being pulled over like this for no other reason (tail lights being out, running stop signs etc)? I'm curious to hear your experiences on this. If it's too sensitive, feel free to PM me directly and I can also share some additional info. This situation definitely freaked me out, and made me reconsider picking up dates at night where it's harder to see vehicles around you.

Anyway, for those who only cares about the actual date, her name was Nikki, and she was awesome. We went to my spot, and her attitude and performance was great. Great CBJ, and paid alot of attention to the boys when I asked her to. She has a number, and she shared it with me, I texted her couple days ago but haven't heard back yet so not sure if it actually works. She said she doesn't walk as much any more these days but have been around for a while. If I see her again, I'd repeat, though I'm probably going to steer clear of this area for a while LOL.

That area is baltimore city jurisdiction. Are you sure it was AACO?
