Usually NO, they are just recruiting fans for there onlyfans. I have had SBs I have seen in person. Then they get an onlyfans and don't want to meet anymore because of the income from the medium. I was dumb and helped some of my good SB's start onlyfans accounts then they stopped meeting once the cash started flowing in.
