Well in under 30 minutes I got a response. They said I need to review the terms of service and agree to abide by them going forward and then they'll give me one more chance. They didn't specifically say what it was that caused this, but I asked in my reply if they could tell me. My access hasn't been restored yet, but looks like it should.

I've had my account suspended in the past and wrote an email. They responded that there's no appeal process. Their decision is final. This was back in 2018 but I highly doubt they've changed.
