I recognize that type of ignorance by other agencies in the past. Its likely their impolite polite way of saying either they don't want you in particular aboard for whatever reason or more likely they are just not taking any new clients at this time. I would be frustrated if I were you also.

Just wanted to point out that Lears really delivers. I mean they really do. No one should have a problem getting what they want for a reasonable $$ at their spot / s.
