I will agree with you. I had someone report my account and without any proof of wrong doing SA deleted my account 2 weeks after renewing and they refuse to give me my money back. I truly wish I could sue them or run them out of business.

My feelings exactly. It's not worth bringing attention to yourself. Sure I hate it and it pisses me off. Any of you that have been banned knows it sucks. Besides even if you do they will have a new profile again the next day.
