Easy to get past the paywall, but basically the dude is "alleged" to have been prowling the Roxy and abbey and sticking it in drunk rocker girls. They usually provide you with real contact info and all that but if you google it that's a phone scam to try and get you to pay using a giftcard. Usually when you ask is there a way to take care of it over the phone and they will just ask you to pay a fine.
