Are you talking about hx kgirls? For kgirls, HX just gives people a way to get vetted without having to provide I'd and personal info for mongers that are concerned about that kind of info. With regards to other girls, it's probably the safest, convenient and least time consuming way to meet quality girls without having to worry as much about being catfished or upcharged.

Even back in the hey day, it was very rare to find a super young kgirl working at an agency. The youngest generally were in their mid 20's and were already considered old by standards in the korean room salon scene in Seoul and Tokyo which is why some ventured out to America. And the super young top tier girls who came to the US usually stayed in the Room Salon (hostess bar) scene here since there was a network of korean colleges here working with the room salons in recruiting girls who couldn't get into colleges in Korea. They would get them f1 student visas, financial aid and the girls would get to work here for 5 years keeping all of what they earned (no split like with the agencies) and receive some bullshit degree that they could show off to their family back home. Unfortunately, most of those schools are gone and girls don't come here under those circumstances since the price for colleges especially as a foreigner is just too expensive these days. Ironically the only time I ran across kgirls who were truly 18-21 was by accident in a massage jack shack on Pico pre-agency in the 90's.
