It weeds out a LOL it of legit ads too.

I have found the search functionality is pretty crappy in that it does not, or at least previously only searched the description field, not the location field. It would also only find three digit area codes I'd they were in the description. Yet it would find ads based on the phone number field if you searched by the last four digits. Go figure. Bottom line was I missed tons of legit ads, including for girls I knew had ads posted when searching.

So, how do you deal with this? Do you just suffer though weeding out all the fake ads and go through dozens and dozens of pages manually?

List Crawler has a search box at the top. Say you search for Clearwater or Ulmerton etc, it would weed out all the scam ads. In this example it would also weed out St Pete and Tampa ads, but it makes searching easier.
