The only difference between GFE and GFE Plus, among the Kgirl services, is one pop vs two pops with plus. Some girls also consider CIM as plus service. Both should include DFK, BBBJ, DATY and CFS. The GFE+ is basically BBBJCIM. It's always been like that. I know that ClubVIP only has one rate, but I know that CP and DS for sure have a GFE and GFE+ rate.
