Considering I was discussing LE and the expectation that they are minimizing potential exposure by reducing traffic stops and other interactions, I can only assume a comprehension deficiency. Many guys try to rationalize things to separate themselves in their own minds from other degenerates, others just admit that they are degenerates. I am laying low during this coronavirus situation but I can say that when this stay at home order is lifted, which I am thinking will be in May, I am going to be filling up some young spinners like a donut.
