There are several possibilities here. The face recognition software is widely available now. As all parlors have video cameras, they certainly have numerous photos of your handsome face of sufficiently good quality. Also, you need to think twice before parking next to the parlor. Many people still do that. However, the low-tech approach is the most efficient one. Do you think it's hard for them to go through your pockets (especially if the room is small) when you are lying face down for 30-40 min?
