Having to hide a Dr appointment and medicine from your SO is to much of a hassle though so I just opt for a covered BJ and take my own rubbers usually the bare feel ones, they're about as close as you get to that bare feeling.

Probably off topic for this forum but I stayed at the Grand Bavaro Princess resort. This is the safe part of the DR. Walk off the property and every woman on the street is for sale.
