Aruba. It's legal there in bars around town of Saint Nicholas. Value is outstanding. $/ for hot Venezuelan / Columbian girls. Aruba licenses them and requires STD screening, and bar owners have their pick of many applicants. Apparently girls come for 90-day stints, make some money and go back to the mainland.

Flights are fairly cheap. Did roundtrip from RIC just before Christmas for under $350. As a plus, weather is insanely great. High of 87, low of 77 just about every day of the year. Only drawback is beer is very expensive everywhere on the island. Wine and booze more reasonable.
