This is very common in Hx. A handle is recycled after the original girl develops a great reputation with lots of Safe ratings and then retires or moves on. The booker does not want to give up that handle so he will just remove the old pics and upload new ones, until the White Knights inside the Safety First Club creates drama for them and votes to ExCom the original handle. After Phyremedic got muted and almost excommunicated the number of votes needed to mute and excommunicate has changed. LOL.

Now many more votes are needed to excommunicate a member.

Gina and Kandi_Kat have votes to excommunicate but the linear bar indicator on the censure page has not moved from the 0 percent / start point.

Amzlynnb is the girl that started all the recent drama on Hx involving Phyre and all the Level 5 chicks. Two of them rated her unsafe. I am guessing Phyre tried to be her CapnSavaHoe, and most likely was the first to bareback her, I am guessing not even for that basement price of 100 (pro bono LOL), in exchange for removing the negative ratings by those two Level 5 hookers. But he didn't stop there. After barebacking Amzlynnb and rating her Safe, he proceeded to attack the 2 chicks on multiple posts as the Moderator of Safety First Club.

Those 2 girls circled their wagons, recruited more Level 5 chicks, and nearly pulled off a coup d'etat and stopped short of excomming the fucker, simply Muted his ass for a few days. So if Phyre was willing to risk his account for Amzlynnb, her pussy must be awesome and not fishy as previously reported LMAO.
