You can find girls anytime of the day whether its morning or evening but the days may vary. The usual rates are 20/40 plus a tip if service is good. You can try the wilkins loop also.

Scooped Heather a few days back around Wilkens & Willmington Ave. About 25 or so. Light brown hair. Medium build, not fat, not skinny.
