You were told sw's don't normally have phones. If you want a SW you will need to go find one.

I'm beginning to think one should set something up with 2 providers, like a half hour apart. If #1 shows up, just cancel #2. If #1 doesn't show up hopefully #2 will. I read something where the writer suggested making appointments with 4 providers. Give them an address across the street so you can see what they look like if they show up. Likely easier said than done. Sorry to hear what happened.
