Actually the girls get 250 out of the 350 so they get an extra 100 for the deed. The problem is that most guys won't pay the upcharge especially when they can get it at the regular rate elsewhere and from what I hear they don't have that many customers and limit the girls to a certain number of hours per week. They would be better off at a busier agency and asking for extra for doing extra at whatever rate they can get. Me personally I never tipped and I can't remember the last time I didn't get BB regardless of whether it was from M, The Palace or elsewhere. 350 for BB. Not on your life and I'm not the only one who feels that way.

I think that a lot of these gals need to take a course in marketing. They may move on thinking that the grass is greener, but the truth of any service industry (which is what they are in) depends upon repeat business and pleasing those repeat customers. It's not even about 90 day wonders anymore. It's here for one week and then gone. New name, new pictures, new bookers etc. How do they expect to establish a clientele that will be following them around? It just doesn't happen.
