I have tried to join the HX Humaniplex website several times. I never get the confirmation email they say they will send to your email. I am an AOL email person. Is this the problem??

You would be surprised with how few of the girls are not on the pill. It's an inconvenience and out of pocket cost they don't want to shoulder or deal with. I go off of how the girl reacts post CIP. If she excuses herself and quick to go clean up, then most likely she's not on the pill.
