How do notice stark differences in their text styles?

My text " I would like to see "xxx lady" tomorrow at 2:00 pm.

Her text reply "2:00 PM appointment confirmed ".

My text next day " I'm here to see xxx lady".

Her text reply " gate code xxx, room xxx".

M: short, concise, to the point texts. I imagine she has a bunch of standard canned responses which just needs editing of the relevant parts and copy / paste misspellings and all.

M's sister: more informative / appreciative texts, complete sentences and for the most part grammatically correct, uses honey (M has never once addressed me as honey since I got it in years ago, got a chuckle out of it and confirmed with her).

The use of "xoxo" is a toss up between the two but M uses it more frequently in my opinion. I also book throughout the entire week depending on work so it's much more noticeable when they switch up, M's sisters sometimes cover on weekdays too apparently. Just sometime I noticed recently.

It's worth noting that this is purely speculation on my part based on my interactions with the two of them. And neither am I disparaging M, I can't text in Korean worth damn shit, much less grammatically correct ones.
