NYC sucks for this because I think the lowest you'd find with someone legit that offers is going to be double the rate which ends up being at least 800 also not counting the chance of being blacklisted for even asking when you are trying to build a rapport.

Truthfully, *some* people have had good experiences with "Chloe" and Perfection Models. These are the rich guys who can afford to see a different girl every week and don't much care about their quality, or their attitude. The rest of us. Well, not so much.

As others have said "Chloe" is a pita to deal with. I can say, without revealing any names or breaking any confidentiality, that the owner of the agency has been known to threaten the girls and beat them up (including his girlfriend) and he has been known to threaten guys.
