Sat an Sun is PR Day festival an parade. Lots of people all over having fun an some out of control. Part of W is closed Sun for 7 hours. I went looking Fri night an it was crazy out there with moped an bikes. Lots of LE all weekend. Good weekend to not go there. Just my 2 cents.

If you're going into a strange area for a cruise, make sure all your lights work perfectly, even those little license plate bulbs, your car has no illegal accessories like covers over the plate, too dark tint, or blue or red lights in the wrong places, and you follow traffic laws like turning into the closest lane, signalling turns. Make sure your car is spotless inside, so you can find anything that shouldn't be there after she leaves. Also, never step out of the vehicle with her inside without locking the glovebox and other compartments, and take your keys. Even seemingly worthless items like an old expired reg or insurance card with your address can be used against you if she keeps it.

I saw an interesting article on how technology has lagged over the last 10 years-- it was in a major publication and it was 100% wrong. Technology is continuing to advance at it's usual pace (a logarithmic curve, not linear). Scanners and cell phone data tracking is real. Car technology data is real. I was a huge fan of the SW fun a decade ago but no longer. Part of it is me. But a huge part of it is technology and how it will all play against you if things go awry.

We live in an increasingly puritanical society where all our little devices, auto GPS, phone, easy pass, video surveillance, facial recognition software, low-orbit satellites, etc: all will crucify you if LEO pushes it.

Time once was it was your word against the cops. The deck was stacked against you then but it was not insurmountable. Now, if you're caught and the issue is pressed, life as you know it will change.

If you have nothing, you have nothing to lose! Go for it.

This is very useful stuff. If you have not cruised for a long period of time listen up. "Going into a strange area". I posted last year about that. You do not want to give LE a lawful excuse to pull you over. Always signal, don't do you turns, make sure all yiour lights are working. Do not speed, Put all over your valuables in the trunk. Only carry what you intend to spend, Wallet, phone. Ins info etc in trunk. Avoid her temptation. In the escort sections of CT cities there seems to be more robberies an trouble than in SW sections. Most SWs are not worth the effort but when you do find that $20 special it can be lots of fun, Just my 2 cents.

I see both of their points. But if you asked me what I would assume most people choose the SW route is the price. Like STG is to something like eros for example, its a price drop haha. The SW route seems way to much risk for the reward. I always assumed that LE don't go to you in you did outcall, so that would be the safest route to avoiding them at all costs. Even from watching cops, you only see them doing it with SWs, not with STG types. I think, like with STGs, there is a certain rush of uncertainty that is greatly increased with SWs but who knows. After visit at St Francis decided to give Niles 30 minute try. No one there first 20 then Black lady I had seen last week was there on north side of Niles. I did a loop to see if LE in area.
