I'm not so sure about that. It's probably just a timing thing. I've actually seen more talent walking around and lot of them cute. Especially in WW area after dark for sure. CB still sparce but the ones I've seen down there, haven't seen before and not too bad. BP I have seen some returning and a couple never seen. I mean, I saw a PAWG and a quite doable BSW / spinner same day minutes apart. Right at 4th and wash. They are coming out, they are working.
