I almost always tip something. 120 for 60 min massage with HE is the standard rate at a AMP, but the Thai ladies provide a great service. If the service was poor, I would still tip 10, but not return. That is I vote with my feet. If something beyond the standard HJ is provided I feel 20 is good. While FS is normally not available, if it is, I would tip at least 40.

Always be nice.

If you think about it if you can walk in at random times and if even just a 1/2 dozen girls are available for line up, they are overstaffed and the girls will go elsewhere where they can make more money.

Not quite so far. Several places in the MD suburbs offer that, at least to repeat visitors who request it. The problem is usually that there are only two or so girls working and one may be busy. If you want to improve your odds, call or text ahead and request a lineup. No guarantees even if you do and are promised one, but it does improve the likelihood.

TLDR: Avoid NaNa.

Last month, with Ivy long gone I stopped by Angel's and did not get the providers name. One of you had scheduled an appointment and she could only spare 30 minutes. I took one look at her and commented that "I'm going to need more then 30 minutes". She could tell I was willing to walk so we had a wonderful non-rushed hour long session and you had to sit in the room for a few minutes.

Next took a trip down to Fredericksburg and received the best massage of my Monger Career. The last time anyone had did as good a job was back in California by an American College Student. Yes, beauty and brains (she was studying to be a Brain Surgeon).

Then a trip to King which provides services similar to Angel. Since we were both professionals we knew the boundaries and the rates so there was no need for discussion and the time was better then expected.

Finally a trip back to Angel with NaNa. First I was waiting at the doorbell longer then usual which was the first warning. Next was disappointed my provider wasn't the nameless girl I met last month but NaNa who looked good enough. Everything was below expectations. Normally when the plane is crashing I'll eject with the loss of the door fee. Unfortunately we had negotiated funding and I had to respect the verbal agreement even though the funds were still in my pocket. What went wrong? Try explaining why Chick-fil-a has a line wrapped around the building while the McDonalds next door has no waiting. If you've been to both then you know why you can find you-tube videos of people crying over how wonderful the service they received at Chick-fil-a. While to the uninitiated, they're both fast food restaurants.
