List crawler sucks. All spam, very hard to find a real person. Very much like Craigslist. Craigslist only works when you can post your own ad.

I would concur. Unless there is a town listed, the ad is likely a scam or a redirect to a verification site to get your credit card number. Gmail address are almost always fake.
