I can do without the surprises, I'm from the school of thought that the best thing in mongering is predictability. When I find a good one, I will use her until she becomes less predictable, and when she does, that is when go back on the hunt for new SW that is more consistent.

I agree with Loomy, about being predictable. My technique differs a little from yours though. I've gathered a team of 7 to 8 that are pretty predictable. Some have working digits and some don't. I use to be in sales and I found out that if you have enough numbers, you usually end on the "right side of the fence". Very rarely do I come up empty and have to venture into strange territory because I don't like surprises. But tonight I "rolled the dice" on something unfamiliar and came up "Aces". Report to come. I don't know what you consider quality; "one mans trash is another's treasure", but if you get familiar with the lay of the land, you can always find a memorable experience. That is Angel. I have reported about her on here. I still would pick her up, but the street is starting to take a toll on her.
