Very good advice; however, I do it slightly different. I purchase the wipes (like baby wipes but guaranteed to kill 99.9% of all germs) at Walmart or CVS. I use more than one to wipe the entire area and pay close attention to the foreskin. They are available in small soft packs of a dozen or more, easily carried in your pocket. Another important safety point is to pee as soon as you are done using it to fuck. With peeing and the clean wipes I've been clean.

I have not seen Kat in a couple of years now, but she has been BBCIP for me since the first time I saw her. I will say, she was constantly high / drunk everytime I saw her, which is one of the reasons why I stopped seeing her. It's true that wiping with alcohol will not save you from Herpes, HIV, or other viral infections. However, the practice certainly CAN help prevent many bacterial issues and therefore couldn't hurt (other than the stinging sensation of getting alcohol in your peehole).

Some people claim colloidal silver can be used as a skin sanitizer. Supposedly it is antimicrobial against bacteria and viruses. It would have the advantage of not stinging on application. It could be argued that anything that stings could damage the skin enough to make it more prone to infection until it heals.

In addition to cleaning afterwards, you might consider using a barrier cream containing dimethicone beforehand. It adheres to the top layer of dead skin cells and provides a water resistant barrier for a few hours until the skin cells are shed. Dimethicone is also a common ingredient in silicone sex lube. Another option is to use coconut oil as a lubricant. It provides a water resistant barrier and has antimicrobial properties.

There is also the possibility of using natural antibiotics and antivirals to reduce the risk of catching a STD. Some of the top contenders are olive leaf extract, grapefruit seed extract and colloidal silver. Look at the reviews on Amazon. There are many anecdotal stories supporting the antimicrobial effects. I have personally had success using OLE and GSE on non-STD infections.

Actually, many common STDs are NOT "viral infections". For example, Gonorrhea is caused by a bacterium called Neisseria gonorrhoeae. Syphilis is caused by the bacterium Treponema pallidum. Urinary tract infections are caused by a variety of bacterium. There are other STD-like infections, such as Genital Fungus, that are also NOT viral in nature.

Funny that you should mention bumps. I came across a fine young Lass with an odd bump. When I asked her about it she said it was something that she had had as long as she could remember. Said she had it even as a virgin.

For the rest of the cocktail of Stds, you can use your head and lower the risks. I never caught anything in 20 years of mongering. I always washed my genitals with alcohol (yes, it does burn), right after sex. Do not believe those who say that it is too late. The longer germs stay on your skin the better the chance that they will find a way in.

Always trust your eyes and nose. If the girls does not look or smell healthy, then leave or at least cover up.

After you do have sex, do not freak out if you feel an itch that day or the next. Check the information online. Almost all STDs take 5-7 days to show symptoms. So any discomfort you are having is either from worrying or from the over-zealous banging you just gave some poor working girl.

Try to get tested once in a while. I am a regular blood donor, so I would lay off the hobby for about 6 weeks before a donation. They test for all blood born STDs. Do not donate blood soon after you have sex with a hooker. If you caught something, you might pass it on to a sick person if the virus did not have time to grow enough to show up in tests.

For post-coitus dick cleansing I use a hand sanitizer that contains 88% alcohol. Carrying around a bottle of medical-grade disinfectant could be kinda odd to explain, but nobody's ever going to question the little bottle of hand sanitizer I keep in my pocket.

Medical-grade disinfecting alcohol is Isopropyl alcohol. You can pick it up very inexpensively at any pharmacy. If you plan to do this frequently, get 2 bottles at Costco at a really cheap price.
