If you are into repeating that's a different story. Happy deals can always be made, but don't start badly.

If you want the lowest rate then don't ask them what their rate is, instead say "I saw your ad on x place and I just want to confirm that this is the rate". And obviously you will not mention the website where they are charging more money.
