I had no problems with the provider save for her limited menu. You had problems. OK we feel your pain but those who have not had problems seeing her won't be inclined to take your advice. You can come on here and call her every name in the book if it suits you but unless more mongers give bad reviews then her business will not suffer. Even then it might not suffer.
