Sup, sorry to make my first post on a negative note. Ingrid doesn't do BBFS ever since TER went down. Had her last month and I literally had results in my back pocket and she wasn't down. I decided to post this review in this section instead of AMP section because considering the point of interest with this place it seems more appropriate.

So after reading about 98 Mott over years I finally decided to give it a shot. No security downstairs, mad slow elevator and entire building being a bit on a rundown side. Whatever. I entered the place (doors to the corridor were slightly open. Huh?) and saw 3 not so young ladies. I got immediately approached by one of them. She was the shortest and most petite out of the bunch and I'm pretty sure she said here name was Lily. This got me a bit confused because somebody on the forum advised few weeks ago Lily had some kind of really bad looking open wound / lesion on her back however she had had no such issue as it turned out soon. In any case I have to say Lily was definitely most attractive from the bunch.

We got into her "room" (all separated by half walls so everyone can be heard around the place) and we started undressing. Then of course the wash up in the sink with which she assisted. She was very nice and looked (pretended) excited. I'm over 6' tall and quite hairy so I've had some Asian women comment on this before. I guess they consider this look somehow exotic. On the other hand I can think of better options for 0. 4 or 0. 6 more so not much of financial damage unless someone is attending few times a week. Security is somehow a concern with this place. As I mentioned door from the corridor was slightly open when I entered. Virtually anyone can walk in there from the street without announcing themselves. Since the spot has been around for years and virtually everyone knows about it I'm guessing people who control it may have some kind of deal with local authorities. Nevertheless I'm still not comfortable with this set up.
