Yes Megan is still allowing BBFS, bbfscip if you are a regular / she likes you. According to her she allows people to BBFS / bbfscip if she is attracted to you, or she likes your personality, or if your a regular who treats her nicely. At least that's what she told me in one of our post session talks.
