That group uses real pics and so you know what you're getting there. I've seen Tessa. She's hot but a little disengaged. There were no extras available but the standard finish. It's been a while since I've seen her and so that may have changed.

Agencies are known to ask for references. Some providers will ask for a pic to see if you look like trouble. Only do what's in your comfort zone.
