It's not really a matter of reliable, that place just has images and numbers. They don't verify the person actually exist or anything. She has no reviews anywhere that I was able to find, seems like you'll just have to call her and use your instincts to decide if she's worth trying to book with. If she doesn't personally pick up the phone though I wouldn't bother. No way I would book just by text or through a Booker with no reviews.
