As I shared it is good to just test or try a product once. I've tested both products V & C once in 08/05/16 (two years ago), and have not used them since. I dont need any pills and do NOT use them. More recently I've been taking regular OTC vitamins and herbs. Most doctors and my colleagues and I think it's smart just to supplement with over the counter vitamins on top of a healthy balance diet but again TEHO. TEHO like you said some people take too much Rx or drugs and it becomes a crutch. Again TEHO nothing against taking Rx or generic Rx drugs if that is YOUR thing. Cheers!

I totally agree. Heck. I think Admin should delete A LOT of threads here! Again, many brothers share the same sentiment that there are way too many threads in the Hawaii state. Get like what, 3-4 pages worth now? A lot of them are stupid too. I get the whole "each AMP should have their own thread" thing, but sometimes, AMPs either close down or change names. There are many times where I have to search for either the last page or use the search function or CTRL F just to figure out where / when who / what / how.
