I'll second CityXG, fwiw. If one goes to the forums there, they will find an archive of most of everything that was on these boards BEFORE the shutdown. Not sure if the dude stole the content or A2 parked it over there for some reason? I didn't try creating an account & logging in there, but something to keep in mind in case this site goes kablooey again. At least one could see the content.

Then a LARGE percent 40+% are adverts that only have email contact information and NO phone number. The usual suspects. Problem is the site has so many fake or suspect posts that it takes a lot of time to sort through.
Also, I'd add AS and tentatively EM. However, have read comments elsewhere that there are many trolls and promoters on EM so the reviews for the most part are suspect and not to be believed. Girls seem real enough, but.
A girl told me about doublelist. Problems there that there is no indication of WHEN the post was made and posts appear to roll over from day to day. So what looks like a new post today could be several days, week or more old. Only one day is shown so no way to track the age or posting history. I tried contacting a few girls from the ads and never got any replies. So perhaps the girls were swamped or it was just an email collecting exercise? Not encouraged about this one, but something to keep an eye on. Oh and in order to post you need to give a REAL phone number. App phone numbers like GV, etc are NOT accepted.
Another one that is possible, but will have to watch is EW! Usual suspects, but posts are like the old BP: photos & phone nos only! Also they do show the date the post was made, so one can judge if it is likely stale. Not a lot of content each day, so we'll see.

Look the point is that it appears as though guys and girls had it so easy with ONE "go to" place and now most want the same thing. Problem is that it is just not out there right now! I searched around and came up with a list of 50+ sites that are in the running and vying for a BIG piece of that $100+ Million per year in PROFITS that BP had when it got taken down! So many places to look and it will take some time for everyone to find or settle on ONE place. Why not make that one place the USA Adult Classifieds site? Seems like some decent content there so far and if A2 promotes it, it could really take off! So tell your girls to check the site out!

Other options
In regards to other options. I have checked out 2 without any success. Double list and bedpage. Double list is set up like craigslist, and I tried to contact three different ads here in florida. I just moved here from DE, but will still be travelling back up from time to time, so attempting to keep a pulse on things. I also placed an ad on double list and it's been 3 days with only 2 hits back that did not pan out to anything. Bedpage at first looked promising, set up like backpage, and even takes you to a backpage URL, but there is something fishy about it to me. There are at least 2 of the same ad for here on the space coast of Florida as in delaware.

I never missed a beat due to the FOSTA-SESTA changes: CL shutdown, BP shutdown, review boards shutdown. There are things any monger could do, to help keep the "on deck" circle well stocked. (And who knows what the path ahead has in store?) So hopefully sharing some of this will help?
1) I reached out to old numbers (BP & CL) I had from girls who previously had too much business and blew me off. They too were feeling the effects and glad to hear from me. Sometimes circling back after 2-3 weeks has good results.
2) I kept in touch with girls I had dated and repeated with a few. Yeah, sure a few were not A-Grade dates, but nice dates that kept me in the game and helped with item 3 below.

5) Found sites where girls were posting. A search engine query with the term "BP replacements" (spelled out) yielded many sites and several review sites. Ended up with a list of 50. Not all are fruitful for DE, but it is clear it will take some time until one site emerges, if it does to be like BP with 95% of the traffic. The frustration Denn had should now be gone as the new law FOSTA-SESTA does make websites liable for the content of the users as it relates to the prostitution of others. The new law is a blow to the CDA, Communications Decency Act. It will take a few years and a number of lawsuits before the true impact of this law, and how courts & prosecutors handle it.
As far as the January bust goes, I know for a fact that girls in DE were trafficked.

Prices
When I first started in this hobby, I received some strong, firm, yet salient advice. NEVER OVERPAY. That is easy to say, but what does it really mean? (I think that has colored my moves in the hobby to a great extent.).
For me that means knowing what are the going rates, never being so desperate or in "need" that I will agree to anything (thinking with little head) and learning 'how to' and be willing to negotiate!..
Yeah, I will admit on my first few scoops I was so nervous about everything that I just agreed with whatever a girl asked for. But with time I got more comfortable and then was able to negotiate a bit. The other thing I will says is if one is NOT willing to drop a girl off with a small parting gift, if she has GPS, then one is not going to be successful.
Best way to illustrate this is a real life example. I scooped a girl off of uLA once, one that has been mentioned here often. I asked her if she would read me some poetry or wash my windows and she wanted 100-150 for that! I just laughed, pulled the car over and stopped and told her the going rate for street scoops was 30-40. I offered her the chance to exit and she quickly caved in and said 40 would be OK. So we started off again and I mentioned I wanted an indoor reading at a local establishment. She got all pizzy and wanted more money, so again, pulled over and stopped. Now granted, we are even further away from her "post" on uLA, and again offered her a chance to exit. She relented. Finally as we were further away, she mentioned she always wore gloves for EVERYTHING. Now I am 100% into gloves where things get messy, but seems like the preliminaries do not require them. Again we played the game, only this time I turned the car around so I could take her back where I found her. (it would have been a Douchebag thing to do to drop her off that far away from her post and make her walk back there). Again she came around and off we went to the establishment and she read me some Emily Dickinson.
Now I will say this, (it is an important point) the entire time we discussed things, I was polite, kind and gentle. No yelling, no aggression, no name calling, no threats, no anger. I just played it cool. Since I knew what the rates were and what others were willing to do, she could not "snow" me with a bunch of BS. I think once one shows their knowledge a girl recognizes it and backs off quickly.
Another way to handle this is to drop her off, make a few passes on the other strolls and come back. IF she is still posted up, then she hasn't found another and one could approach her and see if she is more open to one's initial offer? She has to evaluate the additional time spent in the heat or cold and the ticking of the clock as her "need" rises.
So the point is. IF one is willing to politely negotiate and is willing to drop her off, then one isn't thinking with the little head.
I mean, I remember the first time I opened my mouth and negotiated. It was some sweet, little spinner girl who I really wanted to hear her read. She mentioned some rate that was pretty high and I kind of stumbled, choked and croaked out some thing like, "Well, street rates are 30-40. " I was nervous, excited and hoping I wouldn't loose her. But was willing to play the game and didn't want to overpay. So you can imagine how shocked I was when she said, "OK, 40!" It was that easy. Oh yeah, there have been a few who told me they got 60-100 on CL or BP and my reply was, 'well I didn't find you on CL or BP!' That usually worked. Then after a while I was able to add in the pull over and offer them the chance to exit. So remember this as CL & BP girls start appearing on the streets! You pay the going rate for WHERE the girl is "found!
Now as far as online prices go. They are all over the map and obviously there are plenty of dudes who don't know any better, don't care or who are too afraid to negotiate as many overpay! I usually don't go for an hour with these girls as most are not GFE and that is the only thing that takes that long. Why pay for an hour when as I hear, most guys are done in 10-15 minutes? Is the conversation that good? There are two things out there that should set a ceiling on how much one pays: AMPs and WHFT service. Why would one go to some girls crappy, messy, dirty room with potential "BF" issues when one can visit a business that is usually clean? A full hour package at an AMP includes a rub, often a table shower, a nice attendant and an enjoyable experience. (160) So why pay more than that for less time, a less trained girl and less services?
At WHFT the rate for a pictured girl is 200 and for a roulette girl 150. Same services from each and usually decent looking girls. Er, that is if one likes supporting a pimp and doesn't mind "cleaned up" hillbilly girls (generally) from Maryland.
So my point is why would one pay the equivalent of 320 per hour for some internet girl? (that is 80 for a SS = 15-min) Also do not see paying these untrained girls 150+ for an hour. When this whole online dating thing started many years ago, I saw many top level girls in the 150-200 range. (top level means= NO DRUGS, matching sexy lingerie, immaculate makeup, 4-star hotel or Apt, playboy model looks, and skills in the top 10%.)
So YMMV depending on where one is looking, ones style or approach to rates and ones willingness to negotiate. Here is what I have found to be rates that work.
Street Scoops - two things guys want. 20-30 for the first, 30-40 for the second. *if you offer or a girl accepts the low end of the low number for the second item, drop the girl off. She is Jonesing and desperate, which means she is doing BBFS with any hood rat that comes her way and your risks increase exponentially. IMHO. *.
internet Dates (CL/BP style) - 40-50 SS, 50-70 HHR and 80-100 hr. (these are ceilings for me, yet flexible, though often try for lower.)
AMPs - two parts, house fee and tip. 40= hhr and 60=hour for house, Tip depends on the extras: 20-40 manual, 40-60 spoken, but if you expect everything- 100.
Ceiling for Me - I know if I want to drop 160 I can always go to an AMP. 150 for a roulette girl at WHFT and 200 for selecting one.
Sometimes one has to point out the "options" one has in order to interject some reality into a situation. So I use these experiences to gage what is a rate one can pay and I never overpay!
Maybe I'm too cheap? Maybe others have other experiences they would like to share?

As at some point they went to the phone number & pictures only format presumably as a defense against a claim of helping prostitution. ( suspect the logic being if no acts or services are offered, then how can anyone prove a picture & a phone number are prostitution?). Many other websites adapted the same thing. But BP sure didn't quit and THAT is likely what got them seized, other than they were the most well known / infamous and thus the clear target. So if the FBI had the power to seized BP all along, then why do we need the new law that puts website owners responsible for comments in their "town square" and thus limits free speech? But if I remember from civics class from way back when, it has to be passed by BOTH the House and the Senate AND signed by the Prez before it is law. So has all of that happened? What website now is the best site to look at to find escorts? I think liveescortreviews may have stopped posting new ads also because the most recent had I saw on there was from April 6th. I know USA adult classfields has been mentioned but it looks like its not very known by the escorts so far because I only saw about three ads for delaware on there.

As for the sugardaddy sites, they've just expanded the industry to include young women that otherwise would never consider such a profession as a hobby. It also helps that it was glamorized vs. The older terms generally given. The #1 rule in this hobby is to get direct communication to discuss details. Using websites internal email systems aren't private and such information could be sold or given to law enforcement if requested. Internet providers email is safer but not completely safe. So it's a matter of convenience since at some point in the chain you're putting yourself at risk when communicating to an unknown party.
