With the explosion of new members posting ads, why are they still asking for 2 references? Do the bookers not understand the rating system? It's kind of the whole point of that community I thought. Are they still only wanting the K-club network references.

Most likely the reason is to avoid other references than the one from Korean agencies. Rating system does not count for them. I know it does not make sense.

Yes, because they have there own system to weed out blacklisters, stalkers and guys with numerous handles. Understand, pretty much these booker only speak korean despite a few who can definietly understand the english language.

Using HX for them is just a way to advertise. Many people might not like the way they conduct there verification but they will "do what they want to do".

It's for those who do not know about this site and have only used HX as their means of hobbying. And judging from some of their established and at the time, dormant network which was like 5 or 6 years ago so it's a win win for the K bookers. New clientele until CV is either back up or they create a site with the server hoster outside the US.

Some key differences. Redbook was taken down by the FBI and some other agency if I recall correctly.

Similarities.

Craigslist voluntarily removed their adult ads.

Adultfax voluntarily removed their review site. If I recall correctly, Adultfax was associated with ********. Both sites were taken down shortly after laws were passed or looking to be passed.

In any case, CV was voluntarily taken down too. Looks like it will be same as adultfax and Craigslist then. Owners voluntarily closed site so they won't get shut down by Feds.

Hope you are right. However, CV is the same like adultfax, Redbook and Craigslist. Those three are all gone now. The porn websites you mentioned are still up because they just deal with vids. The ones I mentioned are all gone since they are targeted for marketing sex. Really crossing my fingers you are right on this one. We shall see.

I think it has much less to do with the physical location of the servers but more to do with the location of the company itself. Cityv*be is / was located in Beverly Hills hosted by Verizon. The site being one of the largest, probably has / had a target on its back and I'm sure management just figured better close shop. That site closed AdultF*x just as abruptly when it happened.

Server hosted CV is located in KC. Prolly company / office location was / is in BH. I remember when CV started way back, they put any fake pics from snagged from any sites. One of my ATF back then was complaining that site owner was harassing her to give free sessions in exchange of free ad fee.

Yup. Confirmed CV gone for good from one of my Bookers. They have started advertising on HX now. Just look for words like Korean k AMP and you'll notice some of our favs and ATFs slowly migrating there. Hope HX is not next.

You are worrying about NOTHING.

The websites will simply move to Tijuana or any well connected location outside of the United States.

Americans seem to forget that the US is only 4% of the worlds population. We are not as important as we think we are.

CV will be back online in a few days as it takes time to back up the servers and move to a different location.

Websites like Pornhub, Xvids and others are ALWAYS hosted outside of the United States so that they can avoid USC 2257 laws and so they can ignore DMCA requests.

As someone mentioned on other site, I pinged the site myself also and still pingable. It is hosted on the server physically located in US.
