I definitely saw this young lady in CB late last week. I ended up driving through the area unexpectedly, after a planned meet-up fell apart after the young lady flaked. I think I may have seen a ULE sting on the corner of S Payson and Wilkins on the Eagle Street side. I came up S Monroe on my way into town and made the left on Eagle, then the right on S Payson.

There was a attractive white girl with what looked like red hair and long legs in black leggings. She was smoking a cigarette on the corner. She looked like she was dating, but playing hard to get.

I just looked and rolled past her. I had a date already set up with Rene. After I dropped Ranee off, I was on Wilkins coming from the circle. When I made my left onto South Monroe, I could see a group of men in what looked like blue jackets on that same corner. I didn't see the long legged red head again.
