Are you talking about the Kacey who has brown hair (but colored blonde) that is roughly chin-length, very slim and A-cups? If so, I've talked about her here before.

I've almost always had good experiences with her. In a past review I mentioned anyone seeing her should make sure the deal / donation is clear up front.
