First, drive far from wherever you picked her up. It's less likely that she will disappear if difficult for her to get home. Second, show her you have the money, but don't give it to her until completion.

She was highly skilled, and it wasn't until I got home did I realize it would've been a good idea to ask for her phone number.

Wow that is some tale, you really got taken for a ride but atleast you did not get robbed, still your experience could have been a lot worse.
