I agree, why waste time of two days waiting on a reference callback coming from ladies that don't know your real name trying to get a reference. Both of you guys are right! Most providers or agencies don't really have interested to be a reference because what's in it for them! Like oh great this guy wants to spend money with someone else. I found for me several times a provider email asking for a reference never answers back. Also a Nasty provider can blacklist you because she didn't appreciate not getting a tip. For example her rate of 300 per hour and you leave no top they get offended and will talk shit about you.
