Thanks. I'm sure WWP has changed its ways, now that they're under scrutiny. There's a big list of others. Apparently one of the charities is down to 10% to vets & 90% overhead. AFAIK, there is no one central place to rank them all.

Back to the topic: I have been tempted when short of cash to go see Shirley in SGV, but it seems the majority of reports reference her requesting condom use, while maybe 30% report bare. Is there a secret handshake for BBFS with Shirley?
