You make excellent points! For me, just because the risk is low doesn't mean I am not cautious and preventative. Shoot just had a SB who took 200+ texts to land as she was denser than a rock and could not understand the concept of a "Poetry Reading Fee. " Only when she said, "Oh, a donation" did she get it and by then the line was crossed.

So going through the M&G process in theory does offer a level of comfort. Yes, been told LE has a cost-benefit analysis to stings and these would rank low. That said, however, if one has been talking sex for money via email / text and shows up for a M&G it is all over: especially if one is carrying the phone / device that has those texts / communications tied to it. Female LE will text / call the way she made contact and when it goes off in your possession there is no denying it was you: electronic offer made, person tied to electronic offer, done deal.

Seems like the same thing goes for the m&g, if it is a sting, girl is going to get one to try to say some form of sex for money in her presence and for the wire she's wearing.

But seems low probability for now. Once some pimp starts putting his girls up on these sites then the Trafficking Task Forces will make it a priority. I periodically watch the "Sex Slaves" series on cable and see self-righteous types there talking about solving the problem by attacking the Johns. Now don't get me wrong, trafficking, forced service or even BF coercion is wrong and should be eliminated. However, doesn't one "fix" the problem by legalizing the industry and getting it out of the shadows? OK, enough soapboxing.

I don't think individual SDs have that much to worry about in terms of stings. LE isn't interested in going after individual difficult to prosecute cases.

However shutting down the sites by strangulating their e-commerce mechanism would represent a big win for either a single politician, a group with an agenda (femi-nazis have been mentioned here already, that's one possibility), or the FBI wanting to show their might, and that's the real risk.

The reason it's not good for us individually to have text or emails showing offers of money for sex has more to do with protecting ourselves from legal issues in the event of a disgruntled SB turned stalker when they are cut off from the sugar, or whatever the case may be. If we call the cops on an SB, and they have proof we offered them sex, our mug shot is going on display for the world to see and that's not good for many of our professional lives or relationships. Folks who have no SO, and are independently wealthy probably have much less to fear in these types of scenarios.

I suppose there is a small chance that SD sites could be used as sting launching points if the escort activity gets too high. Right now BP is much more fertile soil for that sort of work for any LE dept -- that could change in the future if BP falls.

So, two very different risks, but both are consequences of playing the game carelessly.

As one who had a run in with uncle, that advice means nothing if they really want to mess with you or the BP girl. In my case with a well reviewed girl and AFTER the act was complete they started pounding on the door. Could I have fought it and possibly won? Maybe, but the downside to losing was far greater than jumping through their hoops and accepting a deal. Bottom line, they don't need evidence to arrest, harass and ruin your life. Hell, they can even take your car if you drove there.

Sorry you had a bad experience. Too bad you didn't stand up for yourself in the courts. Breaking in after an act was consummated seems like a win for any defense attorney worth his salt. What goes on right now might seem innocuous enough, but all it would take is one big media story which connects one of the major SD sites to an instance of human trafficking, and we all better not be oblivious to the fact that it would then become FBI target number one.

What I didn't like seeing were the TV shows recently discussing this new "phenomenon". It just brings attention to too many people who have the means to eventually get it shut down. I'm talking about the Femanatzee women in congress that are jealous. It will be those type of women who would make it a crusade with the media to put a stop to it by causing these sites and the girls that sign up for them to dry up.

When I had that defined she was leaning toward the do it an go arrangement, of which I replied that it sounded to much like an escort deal, and thank you but I wasn't looking for that and ended it. I will be one of the SD that won't contribute to the escorts coming on this site. If we all just collectively do the same it would go a long way to preserving what we have.

I saw that they now got Visa and MasterCard to refrain from doing business with BP. BP has temporarily responded by simply not charging for ads, but they cannot sustain that way. I predict that SD sites will follow the same fate as long as people keep making monetary offerings to girls via e-mail and text.

The BP girls will simply migrate to the SB scene (those who are able at least), junking up the supply and attracting more attention. It's a shame because some of us operate fully within the law.

If there's money to be made, someone will find a way.

The worlds oldest profession won't go away, for sure. What will change is who is willing to do it due to the ways available to them to do it.

Mainstream college girls do this because the websites have legitimized it in their mind and made it safe.
