Whats funny is there are 2 girls on that list that have done BBFS. In fact one of them I believe still does with a few of her regulars. 2nd hand info from someone I trust to not blatantly lie about it. Everyone should just let 2 consenting adults decide there course of play. If you don't want it or want to avoid it, make a note and move on.

Another is when I click on a girls network and see that almost all the women in her network have questionable notes BBFS / rob / drugs it sets off flags for what to expect. Having simple notes on people helps a lot on HX and has saved my ass more than enough times.

I'd have to look at all of the profiles to be sure, but I recognize a bunch of these girls as agency girls. Through the QueenOfDenile group.
When you PM "them," you are really PMing the booker. The booker will shut you down if you ask for BBFS. The girl has no idea in these situations what the booker said she would do. Sometimes you arrive and she won't do what the booker said and sometimes they go the extra mile. It's hit and miss, a crap shoot. I really hate dealing with bookers. They buffer the girl. They lie. You never really know what you're going to get.
Easy to spot the QoD agency girls as all ads will have the generic area (I. E. Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, etc) instead of an actual town and all ads will say "PM for details. ".
Generally they'll have no pictures up unless you've subscribed.
Easy to spot the "143" agency girls too, they all have "143" tagged on to the end of their handles.
Girls that post phone numbers, tend to be independent.

However, the time I saw her was for a lowball offer, so I am assuming I got lucky with my timing (very close to checkout time). I am sure if the offer was upped she would do it again.
