Let me also chime in with the highest possible praise for Natalie. I am well ouside of the immediate Boston area and it my be a hardship to get to her but I will find a way. Went to the place on ferry street in Everett recently. It's on the corner of Glendale, bus stop right outside, auto shop next door and set back a bit. The door was locked when I arrived so had to stand and wait for about 15 seconds. You kinda stick out but the door is set back a little.
