Who gets out scooped 3 times at 5 AM on the South Loops? THIS GUY! Dropped the wife off at the airport at 4 30 AM and couldn't resist a quick run through the South Loops. Spotted 2 WSW at 13 and L, heading into the gas station. Took a long loop to give them time and spotted another walking east around 14th and a fourth on 15th. Rolled back East and found the 2 from the gas station, one heavy set and one that looked pretty nice. Went a few blocks further and turned around just in time to watch them both climb into a different car. Had little interest in the 3rd one and got back to the 4th one just in time to watch HER climb into another car. Outscooped twice in 5 minutes.

North to G, one BSW around 20th and a petite WSW around 24th. Unfortunately Uncle LEO was EVERYWHERE on G. Just kept rolling and took a run down N. Three BSW that I had little interest in. Left the area for a few minutes and came back East on G. Three traffic stops occurring between 27 and 6th. WAY to hot for me, run back down to L. Two traffic stops in progress and one skanky looking WSW convinced me it was time to head out. Headed North on 27th towards 94 and found the petite WSW I had seen earlier around Becher. Circled just in time to watch HER climb into another car. Outscooped 3 times before 6 AM and a heavy LEO presence. Went home without a scoop, but also without getting arrested. Hope none of you were the ones getting pulled over and to those that outscooped me, hope you had fun, twas some nice looking (on the SW scale) talent!

I agree with Stallis, they were everywhere last night on the south loop.

I got done with work early, and was going to head to the bar, but decided to do some window shopping first. Heading out and, got to about 20th and saw 3 on my left, 4 on my right. The "leader" of the group on the right made eye contact, but she was not to my liking. The kind of girl who I wouldn't f* with a stolen dick. Since it was clearly her turn, I kept going. The girls on the left didn't look in my direction, but what I saw did look good. Went to about 35th, then looped back East on G. Saw several others, but like I said, this was just window shopping anyway. I headed to the bar and a couple hours later, I was back on the prowl.

Took runs up and down a few of the main drags, finally spotted a LSW on 23 / G. Wasn't sure, so I took a big loop down a side road and cut across 23 for a closer look. Decided to take the plunge. She did the quick LEO test, and we drove to a quiet area to park. Said her name is Ariana but everyone calls her Nona (maybe Mona? Quoted. 2 for head and. 4 for FS. I had some cash to burn so I took the FS. Started with a quick BBBJ, then we maneuvered around for the main show. Very nice tits, although the kitty was a little fishy. Performance was good, not great. She got the job done for sure, but she was dispassionate about the whole thing. An unusual mix. I really enjoyed the sex, but found myself bored because she was clearly just doing what she was being paid for. We finished and I dropped her back where I found her.

Would I repeat? Let me put it this way. If I saw her again, I would probably continue shopping for a few minutes before I doubled back, but I know there are worse options out there. Good, not great.

Cruised the "south loop" as you call it Friday night as I usually do looking for anything new and exciting. But I always seem to end up with Jazmine. Plump latina almost TGTBT. I cruise for a while nothing that interested me so I went back looking for her. Spotted her on 19 "G" so swung around and scooped her up. As usual never disappointing. Wonderful pair of girls & nice ass!! Damage was $1 FS at her location. She is my go to girl always performs and hygiene is always A+! Will continue to repeat!

Rolling down Capitol Dr. Heading East and at about 65th I saw a very nice looking HSW named Carmen heading east made the block to check for Uncle LEO. Picked her up she said see was heading to 56th and Capitol walking from her parents in the upper Capitol area. For. 20 I got BBBJ cim. She said she never owned a cell phone but pulled out one as she asked me for my number.

Although I had just enjoyed a good time with Haley (see my report in BP Providers) I couldn't resist window shopping the South Loop on my way home. My God, were they out tonight, on all 3 main drags. L was crawling with LEO though. I made roughly 3 long, slow loops and cumulatively saw 3 on L, a half dozen or more on G, including a busty though somewhat heavyset WSW that made me circle back for another look even though I doubted I could perform again. Likely would have scooped if I thought I could perform. A very attractive latino middway West that appeared to be working, but had a dude within 10 feet of her at all times. Another half dozen, including a busty Latino on N. Busiest night I've seen in the last 3 or 4 years. Hope some of you guys were out.

For those of you who are too young to understand the concept of cruising as it is used by those who are not engaged in our hobby watch the movie American Graffiti. That is what the city ordinance is addressing. I believe they have other ordinances or LE procedures to deal with us.

In my day, it was Hwy 100 in Stallis that was the one they cracked down on.

I looked at the actual language of the ordinance and neither Lincoln, Greenfield nor National are designated as "no cruising zones". Interestingly, to establish a temporary no cruising zone, the Chief of Police must first go to the Common Council for approval and lay out the basis for the temporary no cruising zone. If granted, signs must be posted.

Cruising is defined as driving past a point traveling in the same direction, more than twice in any 2-hour period between the hours of 8 pm And 5 am (Code 101-20.5). The Police department can establish temporary no-cruising zones wherever and whenever cruising is likely to become a problem.

Capitol Dr. From 27 to some other street on the north side has a no-cruising zones.

Good question and here's my thoughts. Be as least obvious as possible that you're trying to pick her up. I usually will go a block or two past her before I head back to her location. But then I will head up the side street and try to catch her while she standing on the corner. Then I will ask her to walk a bit off the main street and pick her up on a less busy street. Whatever you do don't keep passing the same spot in a short period of time as you could get a ticket for prostitution related loitering.

I usually won't go past the same spot more than 2 x. It just seems that every time I try to double back, by the time I get back to the girl, I can't find her anymore. And I'm picky, so most nights I am not even seeing anything worth even heading back at.
