Walked into biltmore and encountered a thin Asian and a larger Latina named Debbie. Apparently, Debbie had just finished with the last customer and the Asian was supposed to get the next one. The only problem was, I called an hour earlier and specifically made an appt. W / Debbie.

Glad I wasn't there to relax w / a nice massage, as the Asian was livid, and was screaming (on the phone) to someone about the ordeal the whole time I was in the other room.

Debbie wouldn't daty on the first visit, but she could hum a nice tune.

Would've liked to give Apple a try at bay one as I've heard nothing but good things about her, but ran out of funds.

Overall, not a good experience and prices are much more than here at home on the east coast.

Long time reader but been in the game for a while. Had a dream about meeting someone. After exchanging some texts drove to the location where I found a police car up front. I've been at that location before and have never seen cops at the door. Since I was early I decided to check the area out like I always do. Saw UC in a white Chevy truck on the east side and another in a crown vic on the west side. The vest and badge gave it away. I discreetly pulled away and moved on. I don't think the provider was in on it but wasn't going to risk it. Be careful out there! Seems that LEO has ramped up action during certain times on 27th too.

I have seen her before and you are on point with most your review.

Except, I found the cat smell nauseating in her massage room and made me not want to go back to see her.

Also she is well in her 60's however she is a super nice lady and carries a good convo.

Also does a phenomenal massage at reasonable price and release.

Was wandering with no particular place to go and by happenstance wandered into Biltmore (24th and Thomas).

The parking is ample and discrete. This is a smallish kind of place with an odd configuration of massage rooms. Was greeted by Anna as Debbie was lying on a massage table checking her phone. Now Anna is not bad looking, she just has one of those faces that would blend in a crowd. Slightly older, a little out of shape body, she is HWP. I asked for 45 minutes, was show the very first room and asked to get comfortable. Face down as I lay she walks in and starts applying lotion on my back. Massage skills are rudimentary, after ten minutes of aimless rubbing and caressing the upper thighs and glutes, was asked to flip over. She the proceeds to ask me what my true intentions were and I complied by indicating a tug, to which she mimed a hoover. Who was I to argue and she lost her clothing revealing a nice set of see's with eraser nips that were begging to be teased a body waiting to be caressed all over. Covered up and she started vacuuming, okay technique as I have had a lot better.

The standard tip was negotiated and all in all I left happy, is all I can say and was glad I asked for 45 minutes. Further clarifications will be provided on request. Overall a good experience.

I drove past that place the other day for all the same reasons. Glad I decided to keep going, felt trapped in that weird little strip mall ghetto'ish feeling place. Your experience there is very similar to what my buddy experienced at bodywerks. Another Latina place. Goes in and the chick who answered the door was okay but not worth spending money on. Was about to leave and she said there are others. He picked a nicely shaped hottie with bolt ons.

Horrible excuse for a rub, had to pay way too much to have the shirt lifted and when it was everything looked great but he could barely touch them. She was squealing and making faces like she was disgusted. She was disgusted by his johnson the whole time, nips were too sensitive to touch, disgusted by the fountain that erupted. My buddy was so disgusted by the place he won't let me go try it out.

I have been there in the past. Since they remodeled and put up a wall partition and door dividing the entry way from the room area the girls aren't as sexy as they used to be. They used to all have full makeup and heels but always were more expensive for their massages and extras like over 200-250 for FS. Now the girls are dressed down. It's a gamble. I had one good session there with a real turn on of a girl but I had to negotiate her down to 230 for FS.

This business requires constantly trying new places as the girls move around. Income is so low in the Phoenix area and there is so much competition that the girls are always looking for greener pastures to work in.

Harbor House has a miserable grumpy old Asian lady who owns it.
