This whole situation sounds strange to me. Why would ULE roll up to a " BJ in progress" and NOT make an arrest? If you reed my post they are REAL cop's. They always stop at the 711 on Patapsco nexts to the subway. Maybe they didn't want to have to do paper work and gave TAE217 a Break and let him go.
