I'm a sucker for them too. Hard to find consistent quality in that niche. I will say this my best results have been either travelers in Waltham from ny, or locals in revere / Malden area. I have had some nasty experience with things that start with 401 area code. I always avoid these.

IMHO I would pass mainly because of the lack of info available and the $ There are better for less and no long term arrangements.

If she emailed me back and enticed me into it then maybe I would go see her, But having emailed her 2 times with no response I will file this under the " maybe got cold feet? Who knows.
