In my travels last week I saw Lori at her usual post. I hardly recognized her because she was looking rough. I didn't stop because I was on a mission. You didn't panic, you kept your cool and gave yourself a opportunity to get out of a bad situation. The cop being close by was luck but you would not have been able to take advantage of it if you panicked. Count yourself as one of the lucky ones, no police involvement and no arrest record or even worse, robbery and bodily harm.
